Recently, news coming from Qingdao Headway technology Co., Ltd., that marine LED lights have been successfully installed on a dredger. In March 2010, Qingdao Headway has made a contract with China Harbour Group Tianjin Ship-building & Engineering Co., Ltd., to supply 72 sets of various types of marine LED lights. These LED lights will cover the following areas: control room, engine room on deck, pump room, cabin of engine room, auxiliary cabin of engine room, and so on. It is reported that it is first vessel equipped with marine LED lights in China, and its successful installation on board has filled the domestic blank in this field.
